This short course is ideally taken along with the "Rethinking Responses" mini-course but may be taken alone if preferred.

The content includes breathing exercises and techniques for relaxation, achieving calmness and clarity of mind, emotionally charged surges, handling anxiety or trauma related triggers and maintaining self-esteem.

What to expect:
  • Part 1 - 10 minutes - Introduction; Why breathing is important; Survival Brain; Origin of Emotion
  • Part 2 - 10 minutes - Tension, Relaxation, Calming thought patterns
  • Part 3 - 10 minutes - A Clear Mind; Techniques to manage triggers resulting in anxiety, panic, agitation or hostility; Sleep
  • Part 4 - 5 minutes - Mantras and Positive Affirmations for Self-Esteem and handling triggers

The timings are the duration of each recording to which you will have access. However, time will be required to undertake and practice the activities.

Cost:  £10 - £15 on expiry of offer period (January 10 2021)
Important: On-demand courses will be available for 5 days from receipt of your log-in details or until the course is completed whichever is the earliest, so please be sure you have time to complete it before purchasing. This is reflected in the low cost of the course and to keep it affordable.
