This is a 30 minute self-help course for those wishing to discover natural ways to alleviate menstrual and menopausal symptoms while reducing the use of over-the-counter medicines. It is intended as a follow-on to "Introduction to Ayurveda", however, although some terminology and references may be unfamiliar, it is not necessary to have taken that course first.

When: On-demand with live discussion and Q&A session Thursday 22nd July
Where: Online
What to expect:
  • Advice based on nature's remedies to overcome menstrual difficulties including period pain in menopause
  • An awareness of how different dosha imbalances impact on our bodies at these times
  • Knowledge of which everyday spices, foodstuffs and natural produce can be used to create balance in body and mind
  • 30 minute video presentation + 1 hour discussion and Q&A session on a date to be scheduled, although a private consultation on request.
Cost:  £10 when booked as a follow-on Introduction to Ayurveda or £15 otherwise.
