We found the event most beneficial yesterday at Keswick. The talking and laughing didn't spoil the afternoon for us at all. You are very brave to speak to an audience and we really appreciated your strength and honesty. I learnt so much from the day. It made me think and want to learn more.

Thank you very much, Ali. The experience in the afternoon certainly was a learning curve and I feel politely setting some ground rules at the start of the workshop may be in order in future! I'm glad it didn't spoil the day for you and appreciate your participation and understanding.
