Two hours ( would have liked longer) getting to know you from a survivors perspective of dissociation. I found it very informative thank you Julie.
I have more insight /understanding now, this will help with the support I do with women who have suffered trauma.
Hopefully other services start recognising this 'disorder' and assist people in this journey to come through the other side.

I will be doing more research into PTSD .

I found the input really interesting and pitched in a way that was informative as well as thought provoking.
As a practitioner dealing with complex individuals this session was incredibly valuable. I found that the experiences shared improved my knowledge and understanding of this subject. Along with the education that I received I left with an extra motivation that I'm in a position to help and I therefor felt less 'stuck'. The insight given to me by the speaker will hopefully allow me to do a better job.
