Maintain and develop positive
physical and mental health.
And do it naturally.

There were many things I especially liked about Ayurveda when I started to learn about it and began to implement its practices into my daily life. One was how I was able to reduce my intake of pharmaceutical products, namely the number of decongestants as someone who had experienced sinus congestion pains for years, and feel better for using natural home remedies rather than putting factory produced chemicals into my body on a regular basis."

The beauty of this type of therapy is that it can be provided remotely, via email, videocall, telephone or other online method although face-to-face sessions are ruled out owing to coronavirus health restrictions at this time. A free 20 minute consultation is available to discuss the type of support you require at this time. Complete the form at the side to request this. Please indicate suitable days and times.
Two therapeutic online courses available to help with anxiety disorder symptoms, stress, trauma triggers, negative thought patterns: 1. Rethinking Responses, 2. Breathing and Other Self-Help
Some online holistic self care courses on can also be provided one-on-one or in a small group session if preferred.  "Breathing and Other Self-Help" is one that is suited to this. It is recommended to take the "Rethinking Responses" course along with it since both are aimed at helping negative thought patterns, stress, anxiety and trauma triggers.  Often hormonal fluctuations can aggravate these issues so a complementary self-help course offering natural support for menstrual and menopausal difficulties is available. These are open to anyone so you are welcome to take a look.

Besides the courses, nutritional therapy options available are as follows.

1. Receive a breakdown of food groups generally to favour and avoid according to your constitution. Following a diet suited to our personal make-up helps prevent conditions, discomforts or general lowness and promotes good overall physical and mental health. This service will be provided online with email contact, however, an online consultation with Julie Anne can be arranged.

Here you can discover the food group do's and dont's for you by completing a form that will tell me your "doshic constitution". To learn about this, you may wish to consider taking what has been described as an enjoyable Introduction to Ayurveda mini-course.

2. Receive nutritional and/or other guidance in relation to a specific concern you have. Sometimes generic advice is enough but customised advice may be required as there may be a specific imbalance causing an issue. An additional questionnaire may be required. Use the form to the side to contact me about this.

3. Similar dietary advice specific to certain personality traits can also be given. An additional questionnaire may also be required. Use the form to the side to contact me about this.

4. Further to the therapy consultations, continuous access to the online wellbeing courses and practices is available as a support. Take a look at the holistic self care courses available and contact me about this. Some people find it useful to have ongoing access to the Breathing & Other Self-Help and Rethinking Responses courses, in particular.
